We want you to love your Poppy Lissiman pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or refund on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all tags and dust bags included.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect, resaleable condition.
Label and Post
Print your generated returns label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
